Foundation Program

Three-Week Consultation Journey

A structured path designed for individuals exploring sleep hygiene for the first time.

Week 1
Habit Tracking

Document your current bedtime, wake time, caffeine intake, and screen use. We review patterns together during your first session.

Week 2
Environmental Adjustment

Evaluate bedroom lighting, temperature, and noise levels. Receive practical suggestions for creating a more rest-friendly space.

Week 3
Behavioral Reset

Introduce a wind-down routine tailored to your schedule. Refine habits based on observations from the previous two weeks.

Extended Program

Six-Week Deep Dive

For those who want additional follow-up and refinement. Includes everything in the Foundation Program plus three more weeks of guided adjustments, progress reviews, and access to extended library resources.

Sessions are conducted via video call or in person at our Amsterdam office. Scheduling is flexible and arranged at your convenience.
